Workmec supports enthusiastic and motivated young people, who are devoted to rediscovering jobs and traditions that characterise Italy, reintroducing on the market those high-quality craft products of which our country is rich.

We have decided to support the young entrepreneur in the agri-food sector Luigi Cursio who has chosen to keep in business the ‘La Sala Domenico‘ oil mill in Apricena (FG), to carry on the tradition that has characterised the mill for decades.

We strongly believe in this project because the values that underpin this business are the same that have guided Workmec for over thirty years: quality, tradition, and attention to detail.

Each stage of production, from the olive harvest to the pressing, results in a excellent Peranzana oil, a gastronomic symbol of Italy at the table and a food recognised all over the world.

The value of Made in Italy

The myth of low cost, encouraged by ‘mass consumerism’, has fuelled an unethical approach to purchasing. Workmec wants to reverse this trend, promoting sustainable Made in Italy products, human and environment-friendly.

The ‘Made in Italy‘ label of origin is a boast in all production sectors in our country, synonymous with constant research, attention to the most minor details, and refinement, without compromise.

From the Renaissance to the present day, Italy is the home of excellence in art in all its forms and craftsmanship, two worlds where passion plays a fundamental role, thanks to which it is possible to achieve ever higher standards.

We are sure that even today Italy can offer the world an alternative, building an economic model capable of enhancing these areas, focusing on the uniqueness of local peoples and cultures, in order to give more and more value to creating rather than consuming.
